This notice applies to WAITWHAT’s free social media audit request form.
What we collect
Your name, business name, email address, social media handle or link, what you want to improve, preferred reply method, and—only if you select WhatsApp—your WhatsApp number. We also record the submission time, source and delivery status needed to operate the form securely.
Why we need it
We use this information only to review your public social media presence, understand your request, respond through your chosen contact method, prevent misuse, and manage reasonable follow-up.
How it is used
Your request is sent securely to WAITWHAT’s configured business email. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles or shared publicly. Service providers that host the website or deliver email process information only to provide those services.
Retention
Audit enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Enquiries that do not become active client relationships are scheduled for deletion within 12 months.
Access and deletion
You may ask WAITWHAT to provide, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing hello@waitwhatagency.com or contacting our published WhatsApp channel. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Privacy-friendly measurement
We count page visits and interactions such as work opens and audit requests, without advertising pixels or cross-site profiles. Analytics exclude the studio and your form answers. Short-lived, daily-salted network identifiers help limit abusive submissions. WhatsApp and Instagram have their own privacy policies when you choose to open them.
